How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We always aim to fill orders promptly. As long as the items that you have ordered are in stock we will despatch your parcel within 3 days of payment clearance. In the unlikely event of a delay you will be notified immediately.
What happens if an item that I order is out of stock?
We always try to keep our website up to date so that you can see instantly if an item is available or out of stock. However, if an item that you order is not in stock we will place it on back order and despatch it as soon as it is available. We will contact you regarding an estimated delivery time. You will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. Please note that all of our jewellery is handmade and it can take a few weeks for a new shipment to arrive in stock.
How do I pay for goods?
You can pay for your order using your MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or cheque. Seed Jewellery uses an encrypted server connection so that your card details can be safely transmitted across the Internet. PayPal guarantees to keep your financial details private and gives you 100% protection against unauthorised payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order using PayPal. What method of delivery do you use?
All orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post registered post service unless alternative arrangements are specifically requested. A signature will be required by a member of the household on receipt. If nobody is at home your parcel will be taken to the closest post office. A card will be left in your letter box which you must take with you when you go to collect it.
How much will postage and packing cost?
Postage and packing for all parcels within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $7.50. This rate includes the registered post fee. Postage costs for international orders can be provided on request. Please email us for a quote stating your country of destination.
What is your returns policy?
Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. We take every care to ensure the descriptions and photographs on our website are as accurate as possible, however because each item is individually handmade slight variations in size, pattern and colour may occur. Please also note that we cannot accept responsibility for variations in colour caused by your personal computer settings.
If you are not happy with your purchase or if it is damaged in any way please contact us for a refund. The full cost of the item will be refunded by the same method with which you paid. Postage costs will not be refunded. Refunds must be claimed within 7 days from when you receive the items.
If you wish to claim a refund please follow the following steps:
1. Email Seed Jewellery with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. We will email you a returns number which you must include with your item.
3. Pack the item carefully and return by Registered Post to:
